Financial Policy
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and Tap-to-Pay. We deliver the highest level of care to our patients, therefore, we are a fee-for-service practice and payment is due at the time service. For extensive treatments only, we can arrange a payment plan with payments made 1/3 at the start of treatment, 1/3 midway through treatment, and 1/3 the day of final delivery. However, no matter what dental insurance you have, we will provide you with an insurance form and help you submit for reimbursement. Your insurer will send you a check directly for the covered amount. For extensive treatments a “pre-treatment estimate” can be provided by your insurer. This will give you an idea of how much reimbursement you may be eligible to receive. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.
